What if I only want to try the first class?

You can!

When you sign up for the course, you will only be charged for the first class.

If you decide after the first class you don't want to continue, you can cancel the rest of the course at any time. We of course hope that you love the course and carry on!

If you decide you found the first class really good and you want to carry on, you don't need to do anything. You are already enrolled and PayPal will automatically take payments for remaining classes unless you request otherwise.

I am hard of hearing and I am not sure I want to listen to a recording for an hour, can I still do the course?

Of course.

We suggest that if you can't (or would rather not) listen to the entire audio recordings, that you either just listen to small segments at a time or alternatively just read the full written notes. The notes are almost like a transcript so you'll still get all the content but in a format that is more comfortable for you.

I've signed up, what do I need for during the class?

Just a pen, paper, calculator and yourself!

Along with each recording you'll also get a workbook.

If possible, please try to print this out and make notes on it during the class. Statistics have shown that people get much more out of seminars and courses if they have something visual to look at and scribble notes on as well as listening. And we REALLY want you to be one of our great success stories so we can quote you on our site saying how great it is... plus of course so that you earn lots more money from your business

The workbook isn't essential but it sure is helpful. Other than that though you just need a pen, paper and calculator.

How long are the classes?

The classes are approximately 60 minutes long each.

We try our best to stick to this but sometimes there is just so much we want to fit in that we *occasionally* go overtime. But normally only by a few minutes (it has known to be longer than that but we really do try our best to keep to time!)

If you know you have a client or appointment directly after the classand you are worried about running late for it, that's fine. Most of them are 60minutes long but if for some reason we go a little over time, you can always pause when you need to and then come back and listen to the last bit when you next have time.

What format are the recording and notes?

The recording is an MP3 audio file that you download from our website.

You can listen to this on your PC, an MP3 player or your Ipod. If you've got some software that writes to CD, lots of DVD and CD players will play MP3s as well. For easy instructions how to put the MP3 file onto your iPod, click here.

The notes are in PDF format. These you can read with Adobe Acrobat. Most computers have this installed as default. If you try to open it and it doesn't work, go to www.adobe.com and then click on the 'Downloads' link up the top of the page. You can download Adobe Reader for free from here.

The notes are almost a full transcript of everything that gets said in the class. It costs us too much to get each course transcribed so we just had one transcribed and we give you the notes from that one. This means the notes might be ever so slightly different from your actual live course but they will be very similar. Depending on the businesses that are on the class there may be different examples because we try to tailor the courses for you but the content will be exactly the same.

Both the notes and recording are free for you to keep. They are copyrighted for our business so you can't distribute them in any format or change them in any way without our permission. If you want to give them out or use quotes from them, just let us know. We can normally sort something out for you.

When are the rest of the classes?

The classes are once every two weeks. You'll get an email telling you your recording and notes are ready. You just go online as soon as you are available and get them. You can then listen and read along in your own time whenever suits you best.

What will you cover during the classes?

There are five classes in our Masterclass course in total (one every two weeks).

1. The first one is all about how to get more new clients.

2. Class two is all about how to get your regular clients coming back and back.

3. Class three is on retailing and selling more products (without being pushy!)

4. Class four goes through how to get the most out of your appointments financially

5. And the fifith and final class is on systems and how to get clients finding you through free sources such as the internet.

If you've done the course and you want more, you have a couple of options. You can sign up for our Membership or you can request one-on-one Consulting.

For personalised help, we also do one-on-one consulting or coaching. This can be a one-off event if you just want some specific help or we can organise it on a more regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc). Whatever is going to help your business the most. There's also lots of books and other resources out there that can help. But whatever you do, make sure to do it continually and consistently! To keep your motivation up and to get real, long-term results not just fly-by-night stuff you need to keep going and keep working on improving your business and service every single month.

I've signed up but I haven't had an email telling me what to do next?

Normally this email gets sent out straight away. But sometimes if Paypal is very busy (like on public holidays or near Christmas) it can take a while to confirm to us you have paid. If this is the case, please just be patient, all the details of what number to call etc should be emailed to you within 24hrs at the latest.

If you haven't received an email within 24hours of signing up with the phone number to call, please contact us . We can resend it or call with the details.

Will you be holding live courses in the future?

Hopefully!!

We try to start a new live course once every few months but it depends how busy we are with our membership and consulting clients. Just sign up for our newsletter and we'll advertise when new courses start. Our live courses are via telephone and if we have lots of requests, we can also come to your local town and deliver the course in person.

But you don't need to wait. If you want to do the course you can sign up now for the online course and download the recordings or read the full notes whenever suits you best. The recordings and notes are available to everyone on the course and they will be yours to keep and listen to or read whenever you want.

I've never been on a course like this, how does it work?

Don't worry, you are not alone! Many of our clients had never tried an online course before this but they've all found it really easy.

Once you've signed up and your payment has cleared you'll get an email with details of your first class.

You just click on the link and download the recording, notes and bonuses and start listening. You can listen to the recording on your computer, MP3 player or iPod. If you'd rather read than listen, just print out the full written notes.

Then once every two weeks you'll get an email about the next class letting you know how to download it. Just click on the link in the email and go online and download those too.

If you get at all stuck, we are just an email away! We aim to get back to all enquiries within 24hours but it's usually much faster than that.
