Q. I don’t have a website yet, will VIP Gold create me one from scratch?
A. Yes, absolutely. You just let us know what ideas you’ve got and we’ll do the rest. A new domain name is included as well so there are no hidden costs.
Q. I already have a website, will I have to change my domain name if I sign up to VIP Gold?
A. Not if you don’t want to. We can put your new VIP Gold website onto your same domain name so you won’t have to change any of your business stationery!
Q. Can I makes changes to my website and newsletters once you’ve created them?
A. If you want to. You’ll have an admin area (really easy to use and there’s even video tutorials) that you can use plus we’re available on email if you get stuck at any point. To put it frankly, if you’re really into tech stuff you’ll be able to play away changing things till your hearts content 24-7, 365! But if you’re not really interested, we’ll set it up and then that’s it, it’ll just work and you won’t have to touch it.
Q. How long does it take to activate my VIP Gold Membership?
A. You’ll get instant access into the VIP area where an archive of all the previous coaching call recordings and marketing templates are as soon as you’ve paid your set up fee.
Q. How long will it take to get my website working?
A. It usually takes us a few weeks to create and design your website. So long as you are able to provide us with all the information we need promptly, you can expect to have your new site live approximately 4 weeks from now.
Q. And how long will it take to get my email newsletters working?
A. We try to use the same design on your newsletters as on your website so that they work together and give you a professional look. It only takes us a couple of days to get your newsletters created so you can expect the first one to be ready to go out a few days after we've finished your website design.
Q. Do you send the email newsletters for me?
A. Yes, we do it all for you. We create the newsletters and then send them out. You can check them and change them if you want or just leave them be. Whatever you would prefer.
Q. Can my clients see you are sending the emails for me?
A. No, the emails will look as if they are coming from your email address. Clients will think you have sent them.
Q. Do the emails have an automatic unsubscribe link on them?
A. Yes, this is a legal requirement in most countries so we make sure each and every email newsletter that goes out has an unsubscribe link on them.
Q. What happens if I ever want to cancel?
A. Just need to let us know and we’ll immediately cancel your next subscription payment for VIP Gold. There’s no minimum term or cancellation fees so you are free to come or go as it suits you. Please do note though that we unfortunately can't give you the whole website on a disk to take elsewhere as it is all linked into our system however we will give you a disk with the design template, logos, images and database on it as well as master copies of your newsletter design so that you can recreate it if you wish. That said, we’d really hate to see you go though so if you ever need any help or have something you’d like fixed, please do let us know so we can do our best to fix it.
Q. What information will you need to create my website?
A. We’ll send you a list of everything we need shortly after you join but its very simple... an idea about what type of ‘look’ you want, copies of your logo or brochure and a list of all the products you’d like to sell on the online shop.
Q. Will my website be specially designed for me or will it look like someone else’s?
A. All our VIP Gold websites are individually designed. Your website will be custom designed to suit you and your business. You’ll be consulted every step of the way and you’ll even get to view your entire website in test format before we put it live on the internet.
